We’re looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

We’re looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

  •      Make appointments and meet partners.

  •      Establish new partners and onboarding them

  •      Serves partner by selling TFG Products.

  •      Building partner relationships.

  •      Preparing Quotes and submitting on time.

  •      Following with Partners on Orders.

  •      Following up with Logistic for Delivery.

  •      Ensuring payments are collected on time.

  •      Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  •      Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

  •      Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

  •      Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

  •      Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

  •      Having an interest in always learning new things

  •      Any other job assigned by his/her Seniors

  •      Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

  •      Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

  •      Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections


Requirements
  •  Communication should be good in both English and Kiswahili

  •  Good Listener and be able to handle the partners well.

  •  Should be able to use MS Office and Outlook.

  •  Should be a quick learner

  •  Hardworking taking good initiate in ensuring in sorting issues and closing deals.

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

  • Be a Team player.
