About the Role
We're hiring a Quotation Executive to join our team. Responsibilities include preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring accurate pricing. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
Manage back-end sales operations, ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries and requests
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and detailed information.
Prepare and generate quotations in accordance with customer specifications and company pricing policies.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for accurate quotations.
Maintain a systematic record of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of quotations and communications.
Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and support the sales process as needed.
Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Previous Experience In Back-end Sales Or a Similar Role.
Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare accurately and review quotations.
Proficient in using office software for documentation and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
