About the Role

Seeking a dynamic Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial management and accounting principles.

Requirements

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial performance analysis and reporting.

  • Provide in depth ongoing analysis and reporting of actual performance versus budgets and forecasts, including identification of root causes and corrective actions.

  • Administer annual budget development to include underlying assumptions, target setting and development of staffing and revenue/margin/expense plans to meet business targets.

  • Monitor financial or operational performance of individual investments to ensure portfolios meet risk goals.

  • Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.

  • Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets.

  • Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments.

  • Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors.

  • Develop or analyze information to assess the current or future financial status of firms.

  • Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions.

  • Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.

  • Establish procedures for custody or control of assets, records, loan collateral, or securities to ensure safekeeping.


Requirements
  • Qualified ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CA.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the similar position.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with full working knowledge in ERP and SAP.

  • Self-motivated, flexible and possess positive attitude with high degree of integrity & transparency.

  • Decision making ability with sound knowledge in cash flows management.

  • Ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the business.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

  • Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the organization and with external parties.

  • Ability to develop self and own team members and provide coaching to others to ensure they achieve results.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills.

  • A mature, proactive and detail oriented individual.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
