About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented individual to join our team as an Executive Digital Marketing - Graphic Designer. Responsibilities include designing digital marketing materials, creating visual content, and collaborating with the marketing team. Proficiency in graphic design tools and a strong eye for aesthetics are essential.

Requirements

  • Integrate with field sales, corporate marketing, digital marketing, and channel teams to develop field marketing programs that accelerate sales pipeline growth.

  • Research, choose, design, and manage live field and partner events ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy.

  • Technically abled and smart with Adobe Creative Suite Software Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts various marketing communications like e-mailers, campaigns, posters, Banners, Backdrops  , creatives for digital marketing (Infographics, GIFs, Videos)

  • Skilled in creating visual design styles, color palettes, iconography and typography.

  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and social media.

  • Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts — developing designs & layouts for internal and external communication.

  • Coordinates with various internal & external teams and agencies.

  • Translate marketing strategy into persuasive design.

  • Working closely with the directors to understand the requirements and generate creative ideas and concepts.

  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.

  • Developing interactive design and manage website content.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.

  •  2-4 years of experience in graphic design. 

  •  Proficient and up to date in design tools such Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, Premiere Pro, Canva.

  •  Accuracy and attention to detail. 

  •  An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment. 

  •  Proven competence in design and image processing software. 

  •  Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. 

  •  Accuracy and attention to detail. 

  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
