About the Role

We're seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. Responsibilities include overseeing website functionality, managing online inventory, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Proven experience in e-commerce and strong leadership skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals. 

  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance. 

  • Coordinating with photographers and videographers for the photographs and reels for the website if needed, segregation of the images for online and resizing them for uploading. 

  • Creating banners for the website and changing them from time to time and needed. Updating the images on the home page of the website from time to time. 

  • Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms. 

  • Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies. Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures. 

  • Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely 

  • Proven working experience as E-commerce Manager

  • Demonstrable experience with e-commerce metrics 

  • Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. 

  • Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks. 

  • Customer focused approach to executing ideas. 

  • Strong understanding of technology and business. (Strong understanding of partner portals and all Ecommerce portals and Dashboards)
