About the Role

Seeking a dynamic Country Manager for our Bangalore office. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring strategic goals are met. Requirements include proven leadership skills, experience in a managerial role, and a track record of successful business management.

Requirements

  • Country Manager position with min 12+ years experience in engaging and managing channel partners in the region focusing on strategic leadership and the ability to drive significant business growth though effective channel management. 

  •  Managing existing partners and increasing our share of wallet, Onboarding new partners and system integrators for entire TFG Product portfolio. 

  •  Experience in engaging with end users will be an added benefit. 

  •  Formulate and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives. 

  •  Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the long-term growth and success of the organization. 

  •  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders. 

  •  Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration. 

  •  Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners. 

  •  Set ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with partners to achieve and exceed them. 

  •  Regular coordination with the various teams of HQ for alignment of the common functionalities in their respective region. 


Requirements

  • Candidate Should Be Preferably From Distribution Background Experience.

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 

  • 12+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or a related role.

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful channel teams. 

  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. 

  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape.
