About the Role

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager for Ethiopia to oversee and lead our operations in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing business operations, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives within the Ethiopian market.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have min 15+ years experience in engaging and managing channel partner in the region

  • This job profile reflects the elevated responsibilities and qualifications expected of a Channel Partner Manager with 15 years of experience, focusing on strategic leadership and the ability to drive significant business growth through effective channel management.

  • Managing existing partners and increasing our share of Wallet, Onboarding new Partners and system integrators, Promoting TFG - AV PL to non AV Partners

  • Sound knowledge of AV business and the trends in industry.

  • Experience in engaging with end users will be an added benefit.

  • Country Manager position with Channel Partner background.

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the long-term growth and success of the organization

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration.

  • Lead the expansion of the channel network by identifying and onboarding new partners that complement the company's market positioning.

  • Evaluate potential partners based on their capacity, capabilities, and strategic fit.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners.

  • Set ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with partners to achieve and exceed them.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to drive product awareness and demand through channels.

  • CRM regular sales funnel update

  • Knowledge on Cyber Security, Infrastructure & ELV partners


Requirements
  • Candidate should be preferably from the AV industry

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or a related role.

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful channel teams.

  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Ethiopian market and business landscape.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
