We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Channel Manager for the Cybersecurity division in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing channel partnerships, driving sales strategies, and expanding market reach within the region. Requirements

  • Candidate must have min 5+ years experience in engaging and managing channel preparers in the region.

  • This job profile reflects the elevated responsibilities and qualifications expected of a Channel Partner Manager with 5 years of experience, focusing on strategic leadership and the ability to drive significant business growth through effective channel management.

  • Exhibit strong written, oral, and presentation skills and the ability to convey highly technical concepts to audiences ranging from non-technical people to high-ranking executives. Ability to learn new and multiple products in cyber security portfolio, should be a team player.

  • Experience in engaging with end users will be and added benefit.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the long-term growth and success of the organization

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration.

  • Lead the expansion of the channel network by identifying and onboarding new partners that complement the company's market positioning.

  • Evaluate potential partners based on their capacity, capabilities, and strategic fit.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners.

  • Set ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with partners to achieve and exceed them.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to drive product awareness and demand through channels.

  • Advance knowledge in Cyber security soltuions such as PAM/ IAM/ Application security/ WAF/ DDOS/ Threat-Intelligence/ Brand-Fraud protection/DRM/XDR/EPP.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or a related role.

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful channel teams.

  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the South Africa market and business landscape.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
