About the Role

Seeking a dynamic Business Unit Manager - Cybersecurity to lead and oversee cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity management and strategic business planning.

Requirements

  • As the Business Unit Head for Cyber Security in the MEA region, you will drive the strategic vision and operational excellence of our cyber security distribution business.

  • This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the cyber security landscape and a proven track record in driving growth within the distribution sector.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to expand our cyber security distribution footprint in MEA.

  • Communicate a clear vision, set goals, and ensure effective execution of strategic initiative.

  • Identify and foster relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders in the cyber security ecosystem.

  • Evaluate market opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from selection and procurement to distribution, ensuring alignment with market demands and compliance requirements..

  • Collaborate with vendors to optimize product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, including pricing, promotions, and channel development.

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify target customers and maximize revenue.

  • Build and lead a high-performance team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the cyber security business unit.

  • Represent the cyber security business unit in relevant forums and events.

  • Develop and manage the budget for the cyber security business unit, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

  • Meeting vendor Revenue Targets across all regions, Certification requirements for sales / presales, trade compliance policies, Rebate Structure, Discount Guidelines vendor wise.

  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and monthly pipeline reviews with channel partners.

  • To ensure assigned Revenue / GP Targets are being met monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

  • Overlook daily activities update and weekly submit sales commit on CRM.

  • Complementing Vendor & solution offering  , Bundle/Acquisition offerings, Upsell & align other product.

  • Ensure effective  use of CRM tools for maintenance of accounts, account planning, forecasting, and customer marketing records.

  • Map key managed partners and drive number with them on strategic grounds.

  • Conduct QBRs every Quarter to review each region performance, analytical reports to be prepared.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry associations.


Requirements
  • Relevant experience with distributed teams in branch offices.

  • Leadership skills together with excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and able to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports.

  • Detail-oriented and able to find focused solutions to business problems.
