About the Role
Leading the charge as BU Head – Volume, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and overseeing operations to ensure optimal productivity in MEA Region. Proven leadership and industry expertise essential.
Candiates with 12+ yrs of hands on experience handling products like SmartLocks, Smart door bells, Smart home Security Camera, Logitech C & P, TPLINK, Eufy, Linksys & Huawei.
Hands on experience in handling TP Link products like Routers, Switchers, Access Point and more.
Engaging with suppliers like Huawei and Razer and products such as IFP,IdeaHubs, Touch interactiveFlat panels, Gaming, Mouse, Keyboads and Headset would be an added benefit.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and monthly pipeline reviews with channel partners.
Meeting vendor Revenue Targets across all regions, Certification requirements for sales / presales, trade compliance policies, Rebate Structure, Discount Guidelines vendor wise.
To Ensure Assigned Revenue / GP Targets are being met on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Overlook daily activities update and weekly submit sales commit on CRM.
Complementing Vendor & solution offering , Bundle/Acquisition offerings, Upsell & align other product.
Ensure effective use of CRM tools for maintenance of accounts, account planning, forecasting, and customer marketing records.
Ensure CRM is up to date.
Map key managed partners and drive number with them on strategic grounds.
Conduct QBRs every Quarter to review each region performance, analytical reports to be prepared.
Experience Working With In-direct Sales/ Channel Strategies And Initiatives.
Solid understanding of commercial transactions and sales business.
Have sold and provided solutions for numerous business and technical clients.
Oversee and manage the sale of the company’s products and services within the specific product line.
12+ yrs of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related engineering discipline.
