About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a BU Head for the Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) division in the MEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing operations, and leveraging your industry expertise for success.

Requirements

  • Building M&E design for BMS, PA, Fire Alarm, FM200,Telecom, Lighting, Extra Low Voltage ( ELV), Home Automation, Lightning Protection and Earthing. 

  • Coordination with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Process Mechanical and Control team for construction shop drawings. 

  • Coordination works for Building TOP/CSC, O&M manual handover to client. 

  • Supervise/coordinate installation and testing and commissioning of building services packages. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Electronic Security System (ESS) industry including Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Control, CCTV, etc., and demonstrated experience in integration of various security systems. 

  • Meeting vendor revenue targets across all regions, certification requirements for sales / presales, trade compliance policies, rebate structure, discount guidelines vendor wise. 

  •  Conduct quarterly business reviews and monthly pipeline reviews with channel partners. 

  • To Ensure Assigned Revenue / GP Targets are being met monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. 

  •  Overlook daily activities update and weekly submit sales commit on CRM. 

  •  Complementing Vendor & solution offering, Bundle/Acquisition offerings, Upsell & align other product. 

  •  Ensure effective use of CRM tools for maintenance of accounts, account planning, forecasting, and customer marketing records. 

  •  Map key managed partners and drive number with them on strategic grounds. 

  •  Conduct QBRs every Quarter to review each region performance, analytical reports to be prepared. 


Requirements

  • Experience Working With In-direct Sales/ Channel Strategies And Initiative

  • End user sales experience mandatory. 

  • Retail, Financial and Commercial Industrial sales experience is a plus. 

  • Demonstrated skills and abilities in collaborative efforts with experience in team/project-oriented activities. 

  • The individual should be a disciplined, highly self-motivated, a self-starter.

  • 9+ yrs of relevant experience in the Extra Low Voltage System.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
