About the Role
We are currently seeking a BU Coordinator – AV to support and coordinate activities within the Audio-Visual (AV) Business Unit. Responsibilities include assisting in project management, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial.
6+ yrs of Sales experience with AV products of Samsung, Logitech, Huawei, Barco & BenQ Revenue with Regional & country split.
Schedule weekly review call with all regional sales teams on business progress, understand challenges and provide solutions to all teams.
Cordinate with our various internal and external stakeholders i.e. Pre-Sales, Logistics, Credit etc.
Weekly submit the sales commit on CRM and update daily activities on CRM.
Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment on distribution strategies and goals.
Weekly MIS Reporting to leadership.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries to distribution partners.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce lead times.
Implement strategies for efficient distribution, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, providing necessary support and addressing any issues or concerns.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the Audio Visual industry in the Middle East & Africa.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and recommend adjustments to distribution strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and facilitate the distribution of products that meet market demands.
Provide product training and support to distribution partners to enhance sales capabilities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for product distribution in the Middle East & Africa.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, sales, and other relevant data.
Act as a point of contact for distribution-related issues and work proactively to resolve challenges.
Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Generate regular reports on distribution performance, inventory levels, and market trends.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing distribution processes and achieving business objectives.
Familiarity with Audio Visual products, technology trends, and market dynamics.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to solve technical, managerial or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge

6+ years relevant experience in the Audio Visual.
Familiar with Microsoft Office software especially MS Excel.
Experience in MIS Reporting is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related engineering discipline.
