About the Role

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. Responsibilities include financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and assisting with budget preparation. Strong analytical and organizational skills required.

Requirements


  • Financial Accounting & Transaction Settlements. 

  • Petty cash vouchers checking and validating as per the eligibility of the employee and reimbursement. 

  • Issue travel advance on approval. 

  • Handling of petty cash and accounting. 

  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions. 

  • Prepare balance sheets. 

  • Process invoices. 

  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable. 

  • Update internal systems with financial data. 

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. 

  •  Reconcile bank statements. 

  • Participate in financial audits. 

  • Track bank deposits and payments. 

  • Assist with budget preparation. 

  • Review and implement financial policies. 


Requirements

  •  Bonus- PG – M. Com/ MBA. 

  •  3-5 years of experience in the finance field. 

  •  Proficient knowledge on GAAP. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with full working knowledge in ERP and SAP. 

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. 

  • Strong technical skills and recognized cautious risk management ability. 

  • Deep understanding of the clients industry and marketplace. 

  • Strong management skills to lead teams, delegate appropriately, mentor and review performance and counsel employees.
